The Anti-Vehicle Lifting System (AVLS) is a web-based application developed by the Punjab Police in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). This system maintains a province-wide database of stolen and snatched vehicles, encompassing various stages such as theft reporting, investigation, recovery, forensic lab testing, and the legal process of returning vehicles to their rightful owners.
