G Punjab commends police force for best security arrangements on Chehlum ( Arbaeen) of Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s and Urs of Hazrat Data Ali Hajvery r.a.
Inspector General of Police Punjab Rao Sardar Ali Khan commended the police officers and personnel for ensuring best security arrangements on Chehlum (Arbaeen) of Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s and the annual Urs of Hazrat Data Ali Hajvery with dutifulness. In his wireless message issued to Police Force ,IGP said that by performing the security duties for Majalis and central processions of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s and three day annual Urs ceremony of Hazrat Data Ali Hajvery ,Punjab Police proved it's capability of tackling every difficult challenge . He further said that all police force from constables to senior officers including Special Branch, Elite, Punjab Highway Patrol, PC, Dolphin, Peru and Traffic Police deserve appreciation. Mr Rao said that I am also grateful to scholars of all schools of thought and organizers of the central processions and Majalis for extending support to Punjab Police. IG Punjab vowed that police force would continue to perform its duties with the same spirit and spare no effort to ensure best public service delivery by maintaining law and order.
