IG Punjab commends Police Force for ensuring best security arrangements for Eid prayers across the province.

The Punjab Police, while maintaining its tradition, gave priority to the great duty of serving and protecting the people over its family.

He said that police teams should not leave any stone unturned in the future to protect the lives and property of the people. IG Punjab

Inspector General of Police Punjab Inam Ghani has lauded the performance of the entire force in ensuring the best security arrangements for Eid gatherings in open spaces including mosques, imambargahs, minority places of worship in all districts of the province on Eid-ul-Adha.  In a wireless message issued to the force, the IG Punjab further said that the Punjab Police, while maintaining its tradition, performed its duties on Eid-ul-Adha in the best possible manner as usual and carried out the great duty of serving the people and protecting their families and also gave preference the safety of public over their private and family lives, over which the entire force deserves applause.  He further said that I commend all the officers and personnel from Additional IG to Constable Rank for their excellent performance of their duties and for their tireless work and dedication to maintain law and order situation in the province and  no untoward incident occurred in the province.   He hoped that the police teams would continue to perform their duties in the future as well and would spare no effort to protect the lives and property of the people and maintain law and order and law and order in the province. He further said that officers and personnel posted in CTD, Special Branch, District Police Teams, PHP, Traffic Police and other departments have performed their best duties for Eid-ul-Adha and staff of all departments have performed their duties together and raised my head with pride.
