Quran Khawani held for martyred policemen
LAHORE: The Mujahid Police held a Quran Khawani in the memory of Mujahid Squad and Elite Force personnel who embraced martyrdom while fighting terrorists, who attacked the Sri Lankan cricket team on March 3, 2009.
SP (Mobiles), Munatazir Mehdi, and dozens of officials from the Mujahid Squad and Elite Force were present on the occasion. Participants recited the holy Quran and prayed for the martyrs, including head constable Faisal Rasheed, constables Mudassir Nadeem, Zafar Iqbal, Muhammad Sultan and Tipu Fareed.
