LAHORE: The Punjab government transferred seven senior police officers on Thursday.
According to a notification, Lahore DIG Shahzada Sultan was transferred and posted as commandant police training college, Chuhng, against an existing vacancy. Telecommunication DIG Shariq Jamal was transferred and posted DIG investigation of Lahore.
Deputy Commandant of Punjab Constabulary Farooqabad Inam Waheed was transferred and posted Sheikhupura RPO vice Shahid Javed who was posted Research and Development Punjab DIG against a vacant place.
Similarly, Multan City Police Officer Hassan Raza was transferred and posted Security Lahore DIG vice Mehboob Rashid Mian who was posted Multan CPO.
Ahmad Arslan Malik, awaiting posting, was posted Telecommunication Punjab DIG.
