Police sportsmen during services, achieving success in different games are a prideful asset of the department.
The players should continue practicing with more hard work and regularity for a successful journey in next competitions. said Inam Ghani.
Addl IG operations Punjab and Director General Pakistan Police sports Board Inam Ghani said that as per vision and direction of IG Punjab Shoaib Dastgir the process of steps for possible encouragement and supervision of players in police force shall remain continued so that these shining players may brighten the name of Punjab Police by more good results and brilliant success.
He further said that players of Punjab Police golf team have represented the department on country and international level. As well as, they won laurels in the past. Whereas, these players guide. Moreover, they also coach young players based upon their abilities and experience. Which would be a good effort for promotion of this game. He directed to players that they should practice with more hard work, effort, commitment and regularity for next competitions and focus their full attention for best results.
He expressed hid views while meeting with players of Punjab Police golf team at Central Police Office today. Lady inspector Shehzadi Gulfam, Sub Inspector Muhammad Javed, Assistant Sub Inspector Muhammad Sultan, Traffic Warden Babar Ali, Constable Muhammad Jamshed (Dolphin Police) and constable Ghulam Qadir (Dolphin Police) were among the players who have been securing fame and success by taking part in every level including international and Pakistani Golf Tournaments.
The different competitions participated and won by them are National Championship Pakistan golf, Winner of Sri Lankan Championship, Islamabad championship Faisalabad Golf tournament, National games, Gym Khana Championship and Garrison golf championship along with many other national and international competitions and also represented Punjab Police. During the meeting, players showed their determination. They ensured that they will brighten the name of Punjab Police forever by utilizing all their abilities and efforts.
