On the recommendations of Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore, 29 assistants have been posted across Punjab in various departments of Punjab Police including PHP, CTD, Specialized Protection Unit and CPO.
According to a notification, these officials were directed to join their duties with immediate effect. The selection of this staff has been made to cope up the shortage being faced by the various sections of Punjab Police.
