Lucky draw to choose police officials for Haj duty held at Central Police Office

Selected officers and officials will perform the duties of assistance and guidance to Pakistani Haj pilgrims in KSA

A lucky draw was held at CPO to select police officers and officials to assist and guide Pakistani Haj pilgrims, in which 68 officers and officials were selected. List of the names selected through lucky draw will be shared with Ministry of Religious Affairs which will select 34 final names. In lucky draw ceremony DIG Establishment 2 Maqsood Ul Hassan, DIG Training Suleman Sultan Rana, AIG Finance Shehzad Asif and AIG Admin Anwar Khetran were present. Total 8081 candidates from police, traffic police, Elite force, PHP, Investigation, Training and CTD submitted their application for Haj duty from all districts of province  and after scrutiny of these applications total 7854 names were included in lucky draw. During ceremony a large no of officers and officials from different sections of CPO were present to witness the transparent process of lucky draw. At this occasion officers shared with participants that after the lucky draw list will be shared with Ministry of Religious Affairs for selection of final 34 officials for assistance and guidance of the Pakistani Haj pilgrims.
