IG Punjab issued punishment orders in orderly room to DSP,s
According to the directions of Inspector General of Police Punjab Capt. R Arif Nawaz Khan process of punishment and reward is continued in Punjab police. Officers and officials who perform good are rewarded while on accounts of inefficiency slackness trespassing power and corruption strict punishments are also given in this regard IG Punjab after personally hearing the appeals and show cause notices of DSP,s from different districts of province issued orders.
According to the details DSP Sabir Ali was found guilty of the charges levelled against him and was demoted to the Inspector rank. DSP Sabir Ali appealed against his suspension but he was unable to give satisfactory answer in orderly room on which IG Punjab issued orders of his demotion as Inspector from DSP. As DSP Investigation iii Faisalabad and SDPO Sadar Rajanpur Muhamad Azeem was found guilty in two different inquiries so punishment of two steps decrease in his salary and censure was given to him. SDPO Saddar Multan DSP Ishaq Ahmad Sial was censured after he was proved guilty in inquiry while DSP Saeed Ahmad, DSP Muhammad Waseem and DSP Khalid Mehmood Tabassum showcause notices were filed as charges against them were not proved.
