IGP Punjab appreciated the efforts of Punjab Police, Traffic Police, Dolphin Force, Special Branch and other forces officers and officials for providing fool proof security at the occasion of Eid and Independence Day

Inspector General Police Punjab Captain (R) Arif Nawaz Khan appreciated the efforts of Punjab Police, Traffic Police, Dolphin Force, Special Branch and other forces officers and officials for providing fool proof security arrangements for Mosques, Imambargahs recreational places and rallies at the occasion of Eid and Independence Day. In a wireless message issued to the force IG Punjab said that efforts of officers and officials who performed security duty for the Eid Independence day and rallies at black day to support and show solidarity with Kashmiris are appreciable.

In his message to the force IG Punjab further said that Punjab Police is among the best forces in country and has the capacity to face any challenge in protection of lives and properties of public. IG Punjab further said that by ensuring best security arrangements for religious places and recreational places officers and officials of Punjab Police has proved that they consider security of public their worship and they have done their duty with patriotism and spirit of public service. he also praised the performance of Traffic Police in ensuring the best traffic management during Eid days. IGP also thanked public for their cooperation with the officials on security duty of rallies on Eid Independence day and black day. IGP further added that officer and officials of Punjab police will continue to serve with the same spirit and zeal.
