24 persons including 6 proclaimed offenders arrested hefty amount of drugs and illegal weapons also recovered.
According to the instructions of Inspector General of Police Punjab Captain (R) Arif Nawaz Khan a grand search operation against criminal elements in District Muzafargarh has been started. According to the details in supervision of DPO Sadiq Ali Dogar grand search operation in the areas of Ali Pur Kacha, a large no of police officials under the leadership of DSP Jatoi Asif Rasheed and DSP Sadar Circle along with 1000 personals from Elite Force, Quick Response Force, Dolphin Squad are operating in areas of Kacha Indus River, Seetpur, Khairpur Sadat, in search operation bio metric devices, Hotel Eye, Traveller Eye, Anti Vehicle Lifting System are being used to check suspicious persons, Kchi Abadi, Hotels, and Inns. Police has successfully arrested 6 proclaimed offenders’ and 24 suspicious people’s, also recovered 17 illegal weapons including Kalashnikov, Pistols, and Carbines. During search operation 5 KG Cannabis, and 50 Litre Alcohol was also recovered and cases also registered in different Police Stations against the involved culprits. During search operation with the help of bio metric devices and ID card credentials of 650 individuals were verified and also 230 houses and other buildings were searched. According to DPO Muzfargarh hiding places of criminals are being encircled and search operation will be increased across district.
