The matter insulting/misbehaving with a teacher in area of Police Station Hanjarwal,Lahore
IG Punjab Amjad javed Saleemi took notice of the incident; DIG Operations Lahore submitted the report regarding the incident.
Inspector General Police Punjab, Amajd Javed Saleemi after taking notice of incident of misbehaving with a Teacher in area of Police Station Hnajarwal, Lahore, directed DIG Operations, Lahore to investigate the matter and submit the report. Upon acting on the directions, DIG Operations, Lahore Waqas Nazeer has submitted the initial report.
According to the report, police acted upon receiving information that Ashfaq is violating Kite Flying Act, for necessary legal action when Incharge chowki Thokar Niaz Baig along with two constables reached at the scene, Ashafq and his relatives/family members resisted and started beating police officials. SDPO Sabzazar and SHO PS Hanjarwal immediately rushed the scene after receiving the news to help fellow police officials. Police has registered FIR no 190/19, under Kite Flying Act, 382,342,353,186,427,147 and 149 and accused has been arrested.
