Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) registered 458 cases for traffic violationsduring the current week. The PHP sources said that the teams seized eight motorcycles on using fake registration number-plates or green number-plates. The PHP team arrested six gamblers and recovered stack money amounting to Rs 15,600 from them. The team also arrested 28 persons for installing prohibited gas cylinder in their vehicles.
