Inspector General of Police Punjab, Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera has issued the directions for training of 15 police complaint center’s operators across Punjab with a view to ensure the quick response to all receiving calls by complainants, their immediate respond and polite behavior.
These instruction were passed to telecommunication officers who attended a meeting held in this connection under the chairmanship of Inspector General of Police Punjab, Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera at Central Police Office, Lahore, today. Addl: IGP Welfare and Finance, Sohail Khan, Addl: IGP Operations / Investigation, Capt. (R) Arif Nawaz, Addl: IGP Legal, Ali, Zulnorain, DIG I.T Shahid, DIG Traffic Punjab, Farooq Mazhar, DIG Operations, Aamir Zulfiqar, DIG Headquarters, B.A Nasir, DIG SPU, Agha Yousaf and other senior police officers of CPO also attended the meeting.
It was also decided in the meeting that a proper summary will be sent to the government for getting approval to deploy the security officials of Special Protection Unit (SPU) with the honorable judges of Supreme and High Courts along with the high risk personalities.
In meeting, it was also decided that all I.T initiatives taken by the Punjab Police including CHC, HRMS, 8787, Digital Beat Books and CRO Computerization will be displayed at a fair held under the auspices of Judicial Academy, Lahore on July 29, 2016. DIG I.T, Shahid Hanif was directed by the IGP to ensure the participation of Punjab Police in this fair.
