LAHORE: Inspector General of Police (IGP), Punjab, Abdul Kareem met police employees and their family members at the Central Police Office and listened to their grievances, issuing directions to concerned officers for their immediate resolution. On the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Asif Nadeem, the IGP directed the Additional IG Punjab to provide relief. Similarly, the Additional IG Punjab was directed to take necessary action on the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Sarfraz Nawaz. On the transfer request of Ghazi Constable Muhammad Shahid, DIG Establishment-II was directed to consider the matter. AIG Admin and Security was directed to look into the retirement-related request of Sanitary Worker Rafaqat Masih. The IGP also directed the Additional IG Punjab to provide relief to Sub-Inspector Javeed Iqbal on his promotion request.He also issued orders on other applications concerning discipline, administration, promotion and welfare.
