Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem met with police employees and their family members at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab listened to the issues of police employees and their family members and issued directions to the concerned officers for immediate relief. According to details, on the request of Cook Furqan Ali regarding medical financial assistance, IG Punjab directed the DIG Welfare and Finance to consider the matter. On the request of Sub-Inspector Muhammad Sohail Zafar regarding promotion, DIG Establishment-I was directed to provide relief. On the request of former Driver Constable Jibran Amjad regarding restoration of service, DIG Establishment-II was directed to consider the matter. On the request of Lady Constable Kashf Iman regarding cancellation of her husband's transfer, IG Punjab directed DIG Establishment-II to provide relief. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem also issued orders on other applications related to discipline, administration, promotion and welfare.
