IG Punjab Abdul Kareem took notice, sought Report from RPO Gujranwala
Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem has taken notice of the recovery of the bodies of two women and a girl from a pond in Mohalla Chargah area of Dinga, Gujrat, and sought a report from RPO Gujranwala. IG Punjab directed DPO Gujrat to investigate the incident from all aspects and submit a report, stressing that a comprehensive investigation into the incident must be ensured. A case regarding the abduction of 21-year-old Urooj, 15-year-old Sadia and 2-year-old Fatima was registered yesterday. Senior police officers and forensic teams reached the scene and evidence has been collected, while the bodies have been shifted to a hospital for post-mortem examination.
