All Pakistan Independence Day Open Gold Cup Men’s & Women’s Canoeing Championship 2026
Pakistan Police players won 10 medals, including 2 gold, 2 silver and 6 bronze medals.

Pakistan Police Sports Board players delivered an outstanding performance at the All Pakistan Independence Day Open Gold Cup Men’s & Women’s Canoeing Championship 2026, winning a total of 10 medals. Pakistan Police canoeing teams secured 2 gold, 2 silver and 6 bronze medals in the championship. Punjab Police spokesperson said that canoeing teams from across the country, including the Army, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, participated in the championship. Pakistan Police players demonstrated excellent sporting skills and achieved notable success in various categories.
IG Punjab Abdul Kareem commended the Pakistan Police canoeing teams for their outstanding performance and congratulated the players and officials. IG Punjab said that the department is proud of its players who bring honor to the institution through their achievements at national and international events. He added that the talented players of Pakistan Police are also bringing pride to the country and the nation on the sporting field. Director General Pakistan Police Sports Board Additional IG Imran Arshad and Chief Sports Officer DIG Athar Ismail Amjad also paid tribute to the winning teams and appreciated the players for their outstanding performance.
