Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz continue to provide modern and digital services to citizens. During the current year, more than 3.038 million citizens have availed various services from Khidmat Marakaz. Sharing the details, the Punjab Police spokesperson said that more than 1.114 million citizens obtained General Police Verification, while over 562,000 citizens were issued Police Character Certificates. Similarly, more than 811,000 citizens completed Tenant Registration. More than 120,000 citizens obtained Medico-Legal Certificates, while under initiatives for vulnerable segments of society, more than 72,000 individuals were provided legal and social protection.
Punjab Police spokesperson further said that 21,597 citizens obtained Vehicle Verification, 61,809 citizens registered Lost Documents Reports, and 2,247 citizens registered Crime Reports. More than 173,000 citizens obtained copies of First Information Reports (FIRs), while 54 Women Violence Reports were registered. Similarly, more than 94,000 citizens completed Employees Registration (ROPE), and 2,371 citizens obtained Police Verification for Private Employment.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Abdul Kareem, said that Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz are a flagship public service delivery project where citizens are being provided services round the clock. He directed that police personnel at Khidmat Marakaz, police stations and other public places should always treat citizens with courtesy and professionalism.
