Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz continue to provide modern and digital services to citizens. During the current year, more than 2.729 million citizens have availed various services from Khidmat Marakaz. Sharing the details, the Punjab Police spokesperson said that more than 1.014 million citizens obtained General Police Verification, while over 510,000 citizens were issued Police Character Certificates. Similarly, more than 700,000 citizens completed Tenant Registration. More than 100,000 citizens obtained Medico-Legal Certificates, while under initiatives for vulnerable segments of society, more than 67,000 individuals were provided legal and social protection. Punjab Police spokesperson further said that 19,612 citizens obtained Vehicle Verification, 56,526 citizens registered Lost Documents Reports, and 2,091 citizens registered Crime Reports. More than 156,000 citizens obtained copies of First Information Reports (FIRs), while 49 Women Violence Reports were registered. Similarly, more than 88,000 citizens completed Employees Registration (ROPE), and 2,133 citizens obtained Police Verification for Private Employment. Inspector General of Police Punjab, Abdul Kareem, said that Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz are a flagship public service delivery project where citizens are being provided services round the clock. He directed that police personnel at Khidmat Marakaz, police stations and other public places should always treat citizens with courtesy and professionalism.
