Punjab Police Meesaq Centers Committed to Providing Services to the Minority Community

90,479 members of minority communities have benefited from Meesaq Centers across Punjab, including Lahore, during the current year, Punjab Police spokesperson

Punjab Police Meesaq Centers remain committed to providing services to the minority community. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, 90,479 members of minority communities have benefited from Meesaq Centers across Punjab, including Lahore, during the current year. Spokesperson said that 23,199 issues of minority community members were resolved at Meesaq Centers, while 63,547 individuals were provided services related to Police Khidmat Marakaz. In the provincial capital, Lahore, 24,404 members of minority communities have benefited from the Meesaq Centers so far. The Centers resolved the issues of 8,067 individuals, while 12,156 people were provided services related to Police Khidmat Marakaz.

Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Punjab Police Meesaq Centers are promoting interfaith harmony by resolving the issues faced by minority communities. He added that the Centers are ensuring the prompt resolution of problems faced by minority citizens through a dedicated platform. IG Punjab further said that the Meesaq Centers are staffed by Christian police officers who are resolving the issues of minority community members on a priority basis.
