House Worth Rs 13.5 Million Provided to the Family of Martyred Constable Muhammad Haji
House Purchased According to the Family's Choice in Satellite Town, Multan, Punjab Police Spokesperson
Punjab Police remains committed to providing own residential homes to the families of its brave martyrs. A house worth Rs13.5 million has been provided to the family of another martyred police officer, Constable Muhammad Haji, who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty. Punjab Police spokesperson said that the house was purchased for the martyr's family in accordance with their choice in Satellite Town, Multan. Government of Punjab released funds for the provision of the house to the martyr's family. It is pertinent to mention that Martyred Constable Muhammad Haji embraced martyrdom in 2024 after being shot by dacoits in the Katcha area while performing his official duties. The martyr is survived by his wife, three sons, and two daughters.
IG Punjab Abdul Kareem paid rich tribute to the eternal sacrifice of Martyred Constable Muhammad Haji and said that Constable Muhammad Haji laid down his life in the line of duty without regard for his own safety. He said that Punjab Police will never forget the supreme sacrifice of its brave son. Abdul Kareem further said that Punjab Police is the custodian of the legacy of more than 1,700 martyrs, including Constable Muhammad Haji, and that the welfare of the families of martyrs remains the foremost priority of Punjab Police.
