Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz are actively engaged in providing modern digital services to the citizens. So far this year, more than 2.277 million citizens have obtained various services from Police Khidmat Marakaz. According to details shared by the Punjab Police spokesperson, more than 864,000 citizens obtained general police verification, while more than 438,000 citizens were issued police character certificates. Similarly, more than 551,000 citizens completed tenant registration. More than 90,000 citizens obtained medico-legal certificates, and under ongoing initiatives for vulnerable segments, more than 58,000 individuals were provided legal and social protection.
Punjab Police spokesperson further said that 17,396 citizens got vehicle verification, 48,307 citizens registered lost document reports, and 1,817 citizens registered crime reports. More than 124,000 citizens obtained copies of FIRs, and 37 women violence reports were registered. Similarly, more than 80,000 citizens completed employee registration (ROPE), and 1,632 citizens obtained police verification for private employment. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Police Khidmat Marakaz are a flagship public service delivery project where citizens are being provided 24/7 facilities. He directed that polite and courteous behavior must be ensured with citizens at Khidmat Marakaz, police stations, and all public places.
