Lahore 16th June. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem has taken notice of the incident in Gujrat in which three persons were killed in a firing incident and has sought a report from the RPO Gujranwala. IG Punjab directed the DPO Gujrat to ensure the immediate arrest of the suspect involved in the firing and said that all available resources should be utilized for the arrest of the accused. Taking prompt action, the DPO Gujrat constituted teams for the arrest of the accused. Police have arrested the accused. A case has been registered and investigations have been initiated. The deceased include the suspect’s brother Sufyan Arshad, sister-in-law Ramsha Sufyan, and Munawar Hussain.
