Punjab Police Internship Program: 14th Batch Begins with Inaugural Ceremony at Central Police Office
61 Students from GCU Lahore, 40 from Punjab University Participate in 14th Internship Batch.
Lahore 16th June: Punjab Police Internship Program’s 14th batch was formally launched at an inaugural ceremony held at the Central Police Office Lahore. The 14th batch of the internship program comprises 61 students from Government College University Lahore and 40 students from Punjab University. DIG Training Munir Ahmed Zia briefed the students about the features of the internship program. Providing details, the Punjab Police spokesperson said that the students participating in the internship have been divided into five groups and attached with different field formations for a period of six weeks. The students will be informed about field policing, crime prevention, and public service delivery projects. He further said that comprehensive awareness regarding policing affairs in Information Technology, CTD, Investigation, and Traffic Punjab will be provided. The students will also present their presentation reports regarding the observations and experiences gained during the internship.
