17 Head Constables Meeting Merit and Rules Promoted to the Rank of ASI.
On the direction of IG Punjab Abdul Kareem, process of promotions in Punjab Police is continuing. In this regard, a meeting of the Promotion Board was held under the chairmanship of DIG PHP Faisal Ali Raja. In the meeting, 17 head constables who met merit and fulfilled rules and regulations were promoted to the post of ASI. DIG PHP issued the notification of the promotions. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem congratulated the promoted officers and directed them to perform their departmental duties with further hard work and dedication. IG Punjab said that departmental promotion is the right of every officer and personnel, which is being provided to them in a timely manner.
