IGP orders resolving issues of cops’ families

LAHORE:Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem met police employees and their family members at the Central Police Office. IGP listened to the problems of police personnel and their families and issued instructions to the relevant officers for providing immediate relief. On the application of the wife of Shaheed ASI Ghulam Hussain regarding the transfer of her son, IGP directed DIG Establishment-II to provide relief. On the request of Head Constable M Imran for medical financial assistance, necessary instructions were issued to AIG Welfare. On the application of Driver Constable Waqas Rasool seeking medical financial assistance, AIG Welfare was directed to place the matter under consideration.

On the application regarding the promotion of eight police personnel, directions were issued to the AIG Punjab to provide relief. On the application of the wife of Shaheed ASI Shafqat Ali regarding the transfer of her son, necessary instructions were issued to the Additional IG RMP. On the application of Constable Sarfraz Khan seeking a loan, AIG Welfare was directed to place the matter under consideration. IGP also issued orders on other applications related to discipline, administration, promotion and welfare.
