Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz are actively engaged in providing modern digital services to the citizens. So far this year, more than 1.891 million citizens have obtained various services from police Khidmat Marakaz. According to details shared by the Punjab Police spokesperson, more than 714,000 citizens obtained general police verification, while more than 372,000 citizens were issued police character certificates. Similarly, more than 448,000 citizens completed tenant registration. 73,837 citizens obtained medico-legal certificates, and under ongoing initiatives for vulnerable segments, more than 50,000 individuals were provided legal and social protection. Punjab Police spokesperson further said that 15,551 citizens got vehicle verification, 40,771 citizens registered lost document reports, and 1,562 citizens registered crime reports. 99,840 citizens obtained copies of FIRs, and 33 women violence reports were registered. Similarly, 72,811 citizens completed employee registration (ROPE), and 1,330 citizens obtained police verification for private employment. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Police Khidmat Marakaz are a flagship public service delivery project where citizens are being provided 24/7 facilities. He directed that polite and courteous behavior must be ensured with citizens at Khidmat Marakaz, police stations, and all public places.
