IG Punjab Abdul Kareem Meets Punjab Police Assistant Shagufta Zaman, Who Qualified CSS Examination, Along with Her Parents at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab congratulated Shagufta Zaman on her success in the CSS examination and her selection in the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Group. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Shagufta Zaman has brought pride to the Police Department by qualifying the CSS examination. Declaring her success a shining example of hard work, dedication and competence, he said that her achievement is also a guiding light for other officers and personnel. IG Punjab also congratulated Shagufta Zaman’s parents on her success and advised Shagufta Zaman to utilize her abilities and authority for the development and progress of the country and nation as well as for public service. He further directed her to complete her training with full hard work, diligence and dedication. IG Punjab also expressed best wishes for Shagufta Zaman’s bright future and further successes.
Spokesperson Punjab Police said that Shagufta Zaman is a gold medalist in BS Botany from Punjab University and is currently serving as an Assistant at the Central Police Office. One of her brothers is serving in Punjab Police as a TSI, while another brother is serving as a Traffic Assistant. During the meeting, DIG Establishment-II Suleman Sultan Rana, DIG Welfare and Finance Mehboob Rashid and AIG Finance Nida Umar Chattha were also present.
