Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem met with police employees and their family members at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab listened to the issues of police employees and their families and issued immediate directions to the relevant officers for prompt relief. According to details, on the application regarding the seniority of Senior Traffic Warden Maqsood Ahmad, Additional IG Punjab was directed to place the matter under consideration. On the request of retired Constable Muhammad Hameed regarding the transfer of his son, Additional IG Punjab was directed to provide relief. On the application of Constables Muhammad Asif and Mudassar Mukhtar regarding service structure matters, Additional IG Punjab was directed to place the matter under consideration.
Furthermore, on the request for financial assistance submitted by the widow of late sanitary worker Sadiq Masih, directions were issued to the DIG Welfare and Finance. On the transfer request of Constable Wajid Ali, DIG Establishment-II was directed to provide relief. On Inspector Muhammad Yaqoob’s application regarding the investigation of a case, RPO Sheikhupura was directed to take necessary action. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem also issued directions on other applications related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare.
