53 Senior Clerks promoted to the rank of Assistant, says Punjab Police spokesperson۔ Promotion Board meeting held under the chairmanship of DIG Establishment-II, Shariq Kamal Siddiqui
On the directions of Inspector General of Police Punjab, Abdul Kareem, the process of departmental promotions in Punjab Police is continuing without interruption. In this continuation, 53 Senior Clerks have been promoted to the rank of Assistant. Punjab Police spokesperson said that a meeting of the Promotion Board was held at the Central Police Office under the chairmanship of DIG Establishment-II, Shariq Kamal Siddiqui. The meeting was attended by AIG Admin Farooq Sultan, Deputy Director Humair Ahmad, and AD Admin Iftikhar Anwar. During the meeting, approval was granted to promote 53 Senior Clerks to the rank of Assistant based on merit and in accordance with rules and regulations. The AIG Admin has issued the notification of these promotions. The spokesperson further added that the promoted staff are serving in various offices of Punjab Police. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem congratulated the promoted staff and directed them to perform their duties with greater dedication and diligence. He stated that departmental promotion is an important part of an officer’s career and reflects an increase in responsibilities.
The process of promotions based on performance, seniority, competence, and merit will continue in the same manner.
