Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz Engaged in Providing Digital Services to Citizens

Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz are actively engaged in providing modern and digital facilities to citizens. During the current year so far, more than 488,000 citizens have obtained various services from Police Khidmat Marakaz. Spokesperson Punjab Police, while sharing details, said that more than 200,000 citizens obtained General Police Verification, while Police Character Certificates were issued to more than 128,000 citizens. Similarly, 72,815 citizens completed tenant registration. More than 15,000 citizens were issued medico-legal certificates, and under ongoing initiatives for vulnerable segments, more than 14,000 individuals were provided legal and social protection.
Punjab Police spokesperson further said that 5,239 citizens obtained vehicle verification, more than 13,000 citizens registered reports of lost documents, while 93 crime report registrations were carried out. 22,832 citizens obtained copies of FIRs and 6 women violence reports were registered. Similarly, 13,774 citizens completed employees registration (ROPE), and 278 citizens obtained police verification for private employment. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem said that Police Khidmat Marakaz is an outstanding flagship project of public service delivery where citizens are being provided facilities 24/7. He directed that courteous and polite behavior be adopted with citizens at Police Khidmat Marakaz, police stations, and public places.
