LAHORE - The Punjab Police Khidmat Marakaz, during the current year, served more than 488,000 individuals. According to a spokesperson for the Punjab Police, over 200,000 citizens received General Police Verification, while 128,000 police character certificates were issued. 72,815 tenants completed registration, and more than 15,000 medico-legal certificates were provided. Additional services included 5,239 vehicle verifications, over 13,000 lost document reports, 93 crime report registrations, and 22,832 FIR copies issued. Six women violence reports were also registered, while 13,774 employees completed registration under ROPE and 278 individuals obtained police verification for private employment. Punjab IGP Abdul Kareem said Khidmat Marakaz are a flagship project of citizen-centric service delivery, operating 24/7 to facilitate the public.
