Major Success of Punjab Police and Military Intelligence: Two Notorious Dacoits Carrying Head Money of Rs 5 Million Each Surrender
Punjab Police Rahim Yar Khan and Military Intelligence achieved a major success during a joint operation by securing the surrender of notorious dacoits Jameel Indhar and Ibrahim Shar, each carrying a head money of Rs 5 million. Punjab government had fixed a head money of Rs 5 million each on the dangerous dacoits Ibrahim Shar and Jameel Indhar. As a result of sustained pressure, effective strategy, and coordinated actions by security agencies, these dangerous members of the Indhar gang were compelled to lay down their arms and surrender themselves to law enforcement agencies.
DPO Rahim Yar Khan Irfan Ali Samoon, while expressing satisfaction over this success, said that the Katcha operation is continuing with full force and in an effective manner and will proceed uninterrupted until the surrender of the last dacoit. He made it clear that establishing the writ of the state and ensuring the protection of life and properties of the people are top priorities of Punjab Police. DPO Rahim Yar Khan said that Punjab Police and sensitive agencies are fully committed to maintaining peace and order in the area, complete eradication of crime, and ensuring the supremacy of law.
