IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar meets newly appointed  office Assistants

Induction of new Assistants will eliminate vacant posts and improve office affairs: IG Punjab

Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met newly appointed  Assistants in Punjab Police at the Central Police Office. The meeting was attended by 32 Assistants who have joined Punjab Police from across the province. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar congratulated the newly appointed Assistants on becoming part of the police force and said that hardworking, competent, and experienced office staff serve as the backbone of any institution. He stressed the Assistants to make full use of their education, skills, and abilities to ensure the best performance of professional duties.

IG Punjab said that the newly appointed Assistants will be given one week of initial training, after which all Assistants will present their presentations. He said that by performing their duties with hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm, the Assistants will achieve progress in their careers. Dr. Usman Anwar further said that the induction of new Assistants into the department will fill vacant posts and bring significant improvement in the performance of office affairs. Punjab Police spokesperson said that the recruitment process of Assistants was completed through the Punjab Public Service Commission. The newly recruited individuals include Assistants holding MPhil, MA, MSc, BSc, and LLB degrees, who will be posted to various units and branches of Punjab Police. On this occasion, Additional IG Punjab Imran Arshad, DIG Establishment-I Suleman Sultan Rana, DIG Headquarters Dr. Muhammad Abid Khan, and AIG Admin Asad Ejaz Malhi, along with other senior officers, were also present.
