Punjab Police committed to the best health welfare of the children of its employees

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar Releases Rs 2.132 Million for Medical Treatment of Children of Police Employees

Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is committed to ensuring the best health welfare of police employees and their families. In continuation of this commitment, a total amount of Rs 2.132 million has been released for the medical treatment of children of police employees from Lahore and various other districts. IG Punjab said that more than Rs 22 million is being spent daily on the welfare of the police force and their families. Punjab Police spokesperson while sharing details, said that an amount of Rs 500,000 has been approved for the spinal treatment of the daughter of Constable Ishtiaq Ahmad. Rs 250,000 has been released to Constable Yasir Younas for the treatment of his son. Rs 250,000 has been provided to Constable Muhammad Kashif for the spinal treatment of his son. An amount of Rs 250,000 has been approved for the eye treatment of the daughter of the widow of late Constable Abdul Rauf.

Similarly, Head Constable Tanveer Abbas has been given Rs 100,000 for the treatment of his son suffering from pneumonia. Sub-Inspector Hamid Raza, Constables Ghulam Ali, Muhammad Latif and Muhammad Salman have been issued a total of Rs 224,000 for the medical treatment of their children. Constables Muhammad Sohail, Safeer Abbas and Yasir Naveed have been provided a total of Rs 240,000 for the treatment of their children. ASI Aftab Jameel, Driver Constables Muhammad Ramzan and Gulzar Subhani have been given a total of Rs 223,000 for the medical treatment of their children, while the wife of Head Constable Basharat Ali and Sanitary Worker Irfan Masih have been provided a total of Rs 95,000 for the treatment of their children. Punjab Police spokesperson said that IG Punjab released all the above-mentioned funds after scrutiny and formal approval by the Welfare Management Committee. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that police employees are performing their duties day and night to protect the life and properties of the public, and the best welfare of their families is the top priority of Punjab Police.
