LAHORE:A promotion board meeting was held at the Central Police Office here on Tuesday to consider promotions from stenographer to the post of senior scale stenographer in police. The meeting was chaired by DIG Establishment-II, Liaqat Ali Malik. Cases for promotion were reviewed. Punjab Police spokesperson said cases of around 60 stenographers were considered for promotion to the post of senior scale stenographer. All cases were evaluated on merit and in light of the service record.
