Promotion Process Continues in Punjab Police This Year as Well
Promotion Board Meeting Held for Promotions from Stenographer to Senior Scale Stenographer
Continuing the process of professional advancement for officers and personnel, a Promotion Board meeting was held at the Central Police Office to consider promotions from Stenographer to the post of Senior Scale Stenographer in Punjab Police. The meeting was chaired by DIG Establishment-II, Captain (R) Liaqat Ali Malik. During the meeting, cases for promotion from Stenographer to Senior Scale Stenographer were reviewed in detail. Sharing the details, the Punjab Police spokesperson said that cases of around 60 stenographers were considered for promotion to the post of Senior Scale Stenographer. All cases were evaluated strictly on merit, in accordance with rules and regulations, and in light of the service record. DIG Establishment-II Captain (R) Liaqat Ali Malik said that the promotion process in Punjab Police is being carried out with complete transparency, and only those officers and personnel who meet the merit criteria will be promoted to the next rank. AIG Admin & Security Asad Ijaz Malhi, Registrar Humair Ahmad Qureshi, and Assistant Director Admin Iftikhar Anwar were also present in the meeting.
