IG Punjab Appreciates Traffic Awareness Campaign, Awards Cash Prize and Commendation Letter
IG Punjab Highlights the Urgency of Public Awareness on Revised Traffic Laws.
Traffic Warden Fawad Khan called on IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar at the Central Police Office in Lahore. IG Punjab appreciated Traffic Warden Fawad Khan’s services for providing effective awareness to citizens regarding amendments in traffic laws, enforcement, and the Motor Vehicle Ordinance. Punjab Police spokesperson said that Fawad Khan conducted a comprehensive and positive awareness campaign about traffic laws through social media platforms, which helped create awareness among citizens about compliance with traffic regulations.
To encourage Traffic Warden Fawad Khan, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar awarded him a cash prize and a commendation letter. On this occasion, IG Punjab said that raising awareness among citizens about amended traffic laws is extremely important to improve the traffic system and reduce accidents. Dr. Usman Anwar further said that the process of encouraging officers and personnel who demonstrate excellent performance in traffic awareness campaigns will continue in the future.
