Punjab Police spokesperson said that, according to the family’s preference, this house was purchased for them in a private housing society in Multan. On the special initiative of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, the Government of Punjab released funds for the provision of a house for the martyr’s family. It is worth mentioning that Shaheed Constable Abdullah bin Mazhar embraced martyrdom in 2024 after being fired upon by dacoits in the Kacha area. The martyr is survived by his wife and two daughters.
While paying rich tribute to the eternal sacrifice of Shaheed Constable Abdullah bin Mazhar, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the constable embraced martyrdom while performing his duties without caring for his own life. He added that Punjab Police will never forget the sacrifice of its brave son. Dr. Usman Anwar further said that Punjab Police is the custodian force of more than 1,700 martyrs, and the welfare of martyrs’ families is the top priority of Punjab Police.
