IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar Meets Mahnoor Tariq, Daughter of Martyred DSP Tariq Kamboh
IG Punjab congratulates Mahnoor Tariq on her success in PPSC and CSS
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met Mahnoor Tariq, daughter of martyred DSP Tariq Kamboh, at the Central Police Office, Lahore. IG Punjab extended his heartfelt congratulations to Mahnoor Tariq on her success in the examination for Assistant Director Local Government through the Punjab Public Service Commission.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid tribute to the wife of martyred DSP Tariq Kamboh for ensuring higher education for her daughter despite limited resources, and for providing excellent upbringing with hard work, patience, and perseverance. IG Punjab said that the sacrifices of the families of martyrs serve as a guiding light for the nation. Addressing Mahnoor Tariq, he advised her to make dedicated public service her priority by understanding professional responsibilities and adopting modern requirements and new ideas. He further emphasized that authority and capabilities should be utilized for serving the country and nation, development, progress, and public welfare. On this occasion, Mahnoor Tariq Kamboh said that she is proud that her father sacrificed his life for the protection of life and properties of the public and attained the great status of martyrdom. Punjab Police spokesperson said that along with her success in the PPSC examination, Mahnoor Tariq has also passed the written examination of CSS 2025, which is a clear reflection of her competence, determination, and hard work.
