Punjab Police remains steadfast in its commitment to providing housing facilities to the families of its martyrs. In continuation of this resolve, a house worth Rs. 135 million has been provided to the family of another martyr, Shaheed Constable Muhammad Ahmad, who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty. Punjab Police spokesperson said that the house has been purchased and provided to the martyr’s family, in accordance with their preference, in a private housing society in Rahim Yar Khan. On the special efforts of IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, the Government of Punjab released funds for the provision of a house for the martyr’s family. It is pertinent to mention that Shaheed Constable Muhammad Ahmad embraced martyrdom in 2024 due to the firing of dacoits in the Katcha area. The martyr is survived by his wife and one daughter.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid rich tribute to the everlasting sacrifice of Shaheed Constable Muhammad Ahmad. IG Punjab said that Constable Muhammad Ahmad embraced martyrdom while performing his duties without caring for his own life.
