Punjab Police Committed to the Health Welfare of Its Force and Their Families.
Additional funds of Rs. 2,631,000 released for medical treatment of police employees and their families.
Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, remains committed to the health welfare of his force and their families. Continuing this commitment, an additional amount of Rs. 2,631,000 has been released for the medical treatment of police employees and their families. Sharing details, the spokesperson of Punjab Police said that Junior Patrolling Officer Saadat Khan has been provided Rs. 500,000 for blood cancer treatment. Constable Husnain Haider has been given Rs. 300,000 for eye treatment. ASI Imran Ahmad has received Rs. 250,000 for his wife’s cancer treatment, while ASI Azhar Hussain has been provided Rs. 250,000 for diabetes treatment. Constables Abdul Latif, Saifullah, and Security Constable Ehtisham-ul-Haq have each been given Rs. 200,000 for medical treatment.
Similarly, retired Assistant Director Mahmood Ilahi, Constable Muhammad Irfan, and Mohsin Sagheer have been provided a total of Rs. 325,000. Retired DSP Zahid Abbas, Head Constable Muhammad Ramzan, and Security Constable Ali Hussain have been given a total of Rs. 205,000 for treatment. Junior Clerk Muhammad Usman, Constable Zaheer Abbas, Washer Man Muhammad Ramzan, and Barber Muhammad Arshad have been provided over Rs. 200,000 in total for medical treatment. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar approved the release of funds after scrutiny by the Medical Financial Assistance Committee. Dr. Usman Anwar said that Punjab Police, under MOUs with various institutions, is providing the best medical facilities to its employees and their families.
