IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar Continues Health Welfare Program for Police Personnel
Over 200 Police Personnel Screened at Modern Eye Medical Camp held in the Central Police Office.
In line with the vision of Inspector General Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, a comprehensive eye medical camp was held at the Central Police Office, in collaboration with Mughal Eye Hospital, to further enhance the health welfare efforts for police personnel. Over 200 police employees underwent eye examinations and various tests, while specialists provided medications on-site. DIG SPU Ghazi Muhammad Salahuddin, along with CEO of Mughal Eye Hospital, Colonel (R) Mian Muhammad Asad, visited the camp. Both officers inquired from Dr. Fiza Azhar, Dr. Muhammad Jamil, and Dr. Hamza Nadeem Malik, present at the camp, about the treatment and facilities being provided. DIG SPU Ghazi Muhammad Salahuddin was given a detailed briefing on the facilities available at the camp, the testing process, and the awareness being provided to police personnel. CEO of Mughal Eye Hospital, Colonel (R) Mian Muhammad Asad, said that the camp was providing guidance to personnel on various eye disorders, precautionary measures, and modern treatments. He reaffirmed that, in recognition of their service, the collaboration with the police would continue to grow.
