IG Punjab listened to the issues of Police Employees; Orders Immediate Relief.
Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office Lahore. IG Punjab listened to various types of applications from employees and issued instructions to the concerned officers for immediate relief. According to details, regarding the transfer requests of Inspector Khaleeq Ahmad and Inspector Irshad Ullah, IG Punjab directed Additional IG Punjab to provide immediate relief. Similarly, in the case of ASI Muhammad Ehsan’s transfer request, DIG Establishment-I was instructed to provide relief. Furthermore, regarding the request for cancellation of transfer of Driver Constable Fahad Rehman, IG Punjab issued instructions to DIG Establishment-II to provide relief. Concerning the salary payment request of the wife of martyred Head Constable Iftikhar Sandhu, Additional IG Welfare & Finance was directed to provide relief. For the financial assistance request of the father of martyred Constable Ansar Iqbal, Additional IG Welfare & Finance was also instructed to provide immediate relief. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued instructions on other requests related to discipline, administration, promotions, and welfare.
