Punjab Police Continue Promotion of Officers and Personnel.
Under P-Cadet Scheme, 91 Personnel Promoted to ASI Rank; IG Punjab Congratulates
On the instructions of Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, the process of promotions for officers and personnel in Punjab Police is continuing. Under the P-Cadet Scheme, 91 personnel have been promoted to the rank of ASI (Assistant Sub-Inspector). Sharing the details, the Punjab Police spokesperson said that the promoted officers belong to the Gujranwala Region and had successfully passed the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) examination. The list of successful candidates has been forwarded to the concerned region for official notification.
Punjab Police spokesperson further said that after receiving the results from PPSC, Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, issued directives to the concerned region for the promotion of these officers. DIG Establishment-I, Dr. Suleman Sultan Rana, said that upon receiving results from other regions, promotion letters would also be issued to the respective regional offices. IG Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, congratulated the officers promoted to the rank of ASI and extended his best wishes for their future. He directed them to continue serving the people of Pakistan selflessly and to protect the country fearlessly.
