Punjab Police Athletes Secure 13 Medals in “Bar Loaded” Championship
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar Congratulates Police Athletes for Outstanding Performance
Pakistan Police athletes showcased an outstanding performance at the Men’s and Women’s Powerlifting “Bar Loaded” Championship, winning a total of 13 medals. The team secured 3 gold, 8 silver, and 2 bronze medals, highlighting their exceptional skill and dominance in the competition. Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, congratulated the police athletes for bringing honor to the department. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar expressed pride in the athletes’ exceptional performance. He added that Punjab Police personnel are demonstrating their talents not only in policing but also in the sports arena. He further said that Punjab Police sports teams continue to achieve success at both national and provincial levels, and the department will continue to play an active role in promoting and revitalizing sports. Director General of Pakistan Police Sports Board, Additional IG Imran Arshad, and Chief Sports Officer Athar Ismail also lauded the winning athletes and described their achievements as a matter of pride for the police force.
