Another talented officer of Punjab Police has brought pride to the department and the province. Sub-Inspector Bilal Shahid of Punjab Police has demonstrated his hard work, dedication, and ability by achieving remarkable success in the CSS examination. Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with Sub-Inspector Bilal Shahid, who qualified the CSS exam, appreciated his achievement, and extended congratulations to his family as well. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, Bilal Shahid has been selected in the Inland Services Group. He is currently serving in the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab. Bilal Shahid joined the Police Department as a Sub-Inspector in 2018. Dr. Usman Anwar said that Bilal Shahid has brought honor and pride to the Police Department through his ability and hard work. IG Punjab advised him to complete his training with utmost diligence and commitment, and to serve the citizens with new ideas while understanding professional responsibilities. IG Punjab further said that, in light of policing experience, citizens’ issues can be resolved in a more effective manner. He emphasized that authority and capabilities should be utilized for the progress and development of the country and the nation. IG Punjab added, “Your association with the Police Department will always remain, and we are proud of you.”
