IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar committed for best welfare of police employees’ special children

Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar continues to take practical measures for the welfare and rehabilitation of special children of police employees. In continuation of these efforts, funds amounting to 3.06 million rupees have been released for the children of police employees suffering from cerebral palsy / mentally challenged conditions. Punjab Police spokesperson while sharing details, said that 102 special children of police employees have been given 30,000 rupees each. For the welfare of children of police employees suffering from cerebral palsy, monthly 10,000 rupees per child is being provided, whereas during the current year, a total of 65.41 million rupees has already been provided to these special children. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the best possible steps are being taken for the treatment, care, and rehabilitation of police employees’ special children. He further said that the welfare process is being further expanded to make the lives of special children of police employees easier, dignified, and better.
