Punjab Police Committed for the best Health Welfare of Its Force and Their Families.
Additional Funds of 2.27 Million Rupees Released for Treatment of Police Employees and Their Families.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is committed to the best health welfare of its force and their families. In continuation of this commitment, additional funds amounting to 2.27 million rupees have been released for the medical treatment of police employees and their families. Punjab Police spokesperson while sharing details, said that Sub-Inspector Muhammad Maqsood has been granted 350,000 rupees for the treatment of diabetes, Junior Clerk Saad Farooq has been granted 290,000 rupees, while retired Constable Munir Ahmed has been given 255,000 rupees in funds. Punjab Police spokesperson further said that Constable Muhammad Aftab has been provided 250,000 rupees for treatment, Senior Scale Stenographer Muhammad Shafiq has received 200,000 rupees for hepatitis treatment, and Sub-Inspector Muhammad Nazir has been provided 200,000 rupees for kidney treatment. Similarly, Constable Muhammad Asif, Lady Constable Tehseena Bibi, and Gardener Abdul Qayyum have each been granted 100,000 rupees for treatment, while retired Constable Abrar Hussain and Constable Waseem Asghar have also each been given 100,000 rupees in funds. In addition, ASI Talib Hussain and Head Constable Muhammad Kashif have collectively been provided 225,000 rupees for medical treatment. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar approved the release of funds after scrutiny by the Medical Financial Assistance Committee. Dr. Usman Anwar said that Punjab Police is providing the best medical treatment facilities to its employees through MOUs with various institutions.
